Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Free Shipping is available on eligible orders of US$79 or more.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers must contact us before sending a return.

Authorized returns should be sent to the return facility specified in our Refund & Returns Policy or provided by our customer support team.

Our Hong Kong registered office is not our standard merchandise return address.
